At Zen Traditions, we appreciate how important security is to you. We implement various security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both online and off line.

 

Credit card information entered at Zentraditions.com is secure and safe using a  SSL certificate. All orders placed on Zentraditions.com are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that are submitted at the time your order is placed.

 

Payment Methods

We welcome your American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Paypal and Zen Traditions eGift Cards.

We do not accept credit cards with billing addresses outside the U.S., CODs, personal checks, money orders or layaway.

 

For your security, the billing name and billing address you provide must match that of the billing name and billing address of the credit card used for payment. Delivery of your order may be shipped to another address of your choice.

 

Without correct information, we will be unable to obtain bank authorization for your purchase and the order will be cancelled. This system is for your protection and was set up by credit card companies and online retailers to prevent credit card fraud.

 

Redeeming eGift Cards

Zen Traditions eGift Cards are redeemable online at www.zentraditions.com. To redeem eGift Card(s), enter eGift Card Coupon Code while Viewing Cart or at Checkout and click Apply Coupon. Repeat for Multiple eGift Cards.  The eGift Card is applicable to the whole value of your purchase, including tax and shipping. If an order total is greater than the value of the eGift Card, you will be asked for credit card information to pay the remaining balance. If order total is less than the value of the eGift Card, the remaining balance remains available for future purchases. Zen Traditions eGift Cards expire 18 months from the date of purchase and may not be returned, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used to purchase other eGift Cards. Promotional offers, Coupon Codes and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of an eGift Card. No tax or shipping fees are imposed on purchasers or recipients of eGift Cards. Therefore, eGift Card purchases cannot be applied toward the qualification of Free Shipping. eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Zen Traditions is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards.

 

Promotion & Coupon Codes

Zentraditions.com promotion & coupon codes are redeemed during the order checkout process. To redeem a promo code, enter the code in the coupon code box while viewing cart or during checkout and click Apply Coupon. A promo code can be only used once per order and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases. May not be applied towards the purchase of a Zen Traditions eGift Card.

 

Sales Tax

Georgia State Law requires that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia. Sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your order by our shopping cart system.

 

Order Processing and Order Status

After your order has been confirmed and payment has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. Your order will be processed and usually ships within one to three business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, excluding U.S. recognized holidays.

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with your order’s tracking number. You can track your order during its shipping at www.zentraditions.com under My Account – Track Your Order.

 

Item Availability

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as “In stock” will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, if an item that is marked “In stock” in your shopping cart when you place your order is sold out at the time your order is processed, we will notify you by email that your order will not be filled and your credit card will be refunded.

Order Cancellations

If you feel you have made a mistake on your order or would like to cancel your order please email us immediately at customerservice@zentraditions.com. We are happy to correct any mistake or cancel your order before the order has shipped. Unfortunately, we can not change orders once they have shipped. We strive to ship your order in the shortest possible time, therefore often your order is shipped out the same day.
