Selenite is a colorless and transparent variety that shows a pearl like luster and has been described as having a moon like glow. The name Selenite comes from the Greek moon goddess Selene.
Selenite is known as the light bringer, due to it’s linear crystal structure it behaves like a natural fiber optic shone through the material and transmitted down the full length of the crystal.
