While it is our desire that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may choose to return a product. In the event that you do choose to return your purchase, please carefully review our return policy and return procedure below.
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If any of your products arrive damaged or with visible defects, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Damages and defects not reported within 3 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. Do not send damaged merchandise back to us until we have provided instructions to you.
· Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
· All returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
· Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Zen Traditions error.
· Return shipping fees are at your own expense.
· We only accept returns on unopened, unused and in saleable condition merchandise.
· No returns, exchanges or store credits are accepted on bath and body care products, skin care products, cosmetics, fragrances, food items, opened/used products and Zen Traditions eGift Cards.
· All Sales Final on sale, discounted or clearance items.
· CD’s or DVD’s are fully returnable provided that the outer wrapping is not removed.
· Original Invoice must be included in returned merchandise
· Returns will be processed and approved credits issued back to original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
· RMA# will be emailed to you once we approve your return request.
· We must receive returned merchandise within 14 days of the date we issue RMA#.
· Please pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package, including your original invoice and RMA#. If returned merchandise arrives to us broken or damaged due to improper packing, we will not issue a refund, as all items must be received in saleable condition.
· We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
· Once we receive your return and it has met our return policy, we will process your return within 5 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, excluding U.S. recognized holidays.
· We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
