Shipping
Shipping rates are determined by the dollar amount of your purchase before taxes.
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with your order’s tracking number. You can track your order during its shipping at www.zentraditions.com under My Account – Track Your Order.

Your order will be processed and usually ships within one to three business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST, excluding holidays within the United States.
All orders are shipped UPS/USPS Standard Ground Service within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States. Please allow 2-8 business days for UPS/USPS Standard Ground Service delivery.
East Coast – 2 to 5 business days
Midwestern States – 3 to 7 business days
West Coast – 5 to 8 business days
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and U.S.
Territories (such as VI, PR and Guam) or outside U.S.A.
Expedited Shipping
All our orders are shipped UPS/USPS Standard Ground Service. We do not offer expedited shipping, at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on merchandise total before taxes and apply to orders shipped to a single address within the 48 U.S. Contiguous States.
We offer Free UPS/USPS Standard Ground Shipping on your order of $75.00 or more.
Free Shipping is based on total order, after discount if applicable, excluding taxes and shipped to a single address within the 48 Contiguous U.S States. Please note: there is no shipping cost for the purchase of eGift Cards. Therefore, eGift Card purchases cannot be applied toward the qualification of Free Shipping.

Correct Shipping Address
Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during check out.
We assume no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer. The cost of such fees will be applied to the customer credit card used on the original order.
A minimum fee of $10.00 will be charged for any address corrections after the package is in transit.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal, even if the order is placed during a free shipping or other special promotion. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.
Shipping Rates for eGift Cards
eGift Cards are emailed to you or your recipient free of charge. There is no shipping cost for the purchase of eGift Cards. Therefore, eGift Card purchases cannot be applied toward the qualification of Free Shipping.
Shipping to More Than One Address
We can ship your order to only one address. Please place separate orders if your order includes gift items that require shipping to more than one address.

During the month of December we make every effort to guarantee on-time delivery. However, due to increased shipping volume, please allow extra delivery time.
